Paper Abstract

A low insertion lose fm-line PIN diode phase shifter is presented. 90 degree and 180 degree phase shifters are realized respctively. Phase error less than 5 degree and bandwidth 3 GHz at Ka band are achieved.The insertion loss is better than 0.5dB. The BPSK and QPSK modulaters consisting of this phase shifter and fm-line coupler are also given. The circuits and results are giv- en.
