Paper Abstract
This paper propose a new definition of a region with a hole based on existing researches, and then we also proposed a
new approach which can describe the special topological relations between a simple region and a region with a hole.
Through the new method, we obtained 23 kinds of topological relations between a simple region and a region with a
hole. In the end, through experiments, demonstrate the new method is correctly, simply calculation, stronger expressive
ability for description of spatial topological relations.
