Paper Abstract

The approach to selecting modes in complex systems variable multimode models based on expansion of occurring processes in generalized Fourier series on sequentially following time intervals is considered in that paper. It is showing that concerned approach gives opportunity to stabilize parameters and characteristics of radio-electronics and quantum devices with dynamic chaos by complex adaptive influences.
