Paper Abstract
The paper deals with investigating the processes of laser radiation transformation by biological liquid
crystals networks using the singular optics techniques. The results obtained showed a distinct correlation
between the points of "characteristic" values of coordinate distributions of Mueller matrix (Mik = 0 , ±1)
elements and polarization singularities (S- and C-points) of laser speckle field. The technique of Muellermatrix
singular diagnostics of pathological changes skin derma tissue.
