Paper Abstract

The effect of clock changes on binary processes is to shift the transitions, and to multiply them in the case where they are represented by rapidly varying functions. When the clock change is periodic, we show that its effect is the same as the one for a particular frequency change family. A simple modulation process is deduced from this.
