Paper Abstract

Young's modulus, shear modulus and cylindrical stiffness of the steel plate have been experimentally determined by method of a stroboscopic holographic interferometry. Photothermoplsstic carrier was used as a recording media and pulse Q-switched ruby laser was used as a radiation source. The maximum of interferometric bends is 0.5.
