Paper Abstract

Using a supersonic nozzle and a dc discharge, He*n, and Ar*n, clusters were formed, and their spectra radiated at VUV/XUV wavelengths. A theoretical analysis of stimulated radiation of clusters is given. The possible gain under our experimental conditions is 70% cm-1.
