Real-time optical computing: multiprocessor design

Paper Abstract

An optical multiprocessor that can perform binary full addition and full subtraction in parallel is designed using a joint transform correlator. A new coding scheme is also developed for the proposed technique. Finally, simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of this scheme.
