Paper Abstract

A double-resonance infrared to far-infrared spectroscopic measuring system with tunable far-infrared lasers and frequency stabilized CO2 pumping lasers was constructed and used to investigate relaxation mechanisms in far-infrared laser material and also in the presence of added buffer gases.
