Paper Abstract

Phase nonlinearity in polarization-coded interferometry is a systematic error that is periodic in nature and entirely optical in origin. Since its first appearance in the literature,1 there has been considerable effort in nonlinearity measurement and characterization2–8 and in theoretical modeling.
