Following up on the Gender Equity presentations given at the SPIE 2014 Adaptive Optics conference and the 2015 AO4ELT4 conference, this Gender Equity panel session aims to engage the Adaptive Optics community in discussion about practical, and effective ways to address gender equity issues in our community.

Panel members will include high profile representatives from the community who have been leading positive change from within their organisations, and gender equity experts who bring a broader perspective about proven, practical approaches to support women in STEM.
