Taxes & Fees
All rates listed above are for single or double rooms and do not include San Jose Hotel Occupancy Tax percentage rate, or fees. Some hotels charge a Hotel Business Improvement District (HBID) assessment per room per night mandated by City of San Jose (non-taxable). All rates are subject to change. The online reservation process will display appropriate taxes and fees.

To Book a Block of 10 or More Rooms
Attendees wishing to reserve a block of ten (10) or more hotel rooms can do so online using this Housing Link. Reservations can be made by credit card or check for the first night's room and tax for each room blocked with nonrefundable deposit, payable to the San Jose Housing Bureau. After 19 December 2011, if your group has confirmed 10 or more rooms for this meeting with the San Jose Housing Bureau, you will be charged a full payment of the total room nights. After 19 December 2011, there will be no refunds on any date modifications or cancellations. Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations made after 2 January 2012 will incur a $50.00 one-time PROCESSING FEE that will be charged to your credit card. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled arrival, will be charged a CANCELLATION FEE of the first night's room and tax. Guests who fail to arrive on the first night reserved will be charged a cancellation fee, and subsequent nights reserved will be cancelled.
