1. Submit an Abstract

Abstract Due Date: 30 January 2012 

• Read the Submission Guidelines
• Browse the conference call for papers within each symposia below and select one conference that most closely matches the topics in your abstract (do not submit the same abstract to multiple conferences)
  • NanoScience + Engineering
  • Solar Energy + Technology
  • Photonic Devices + Applications
  • Optical Engineering + Applications
• Click "Submit an abstract" from within the conference you've chosen, and you'll be prompted to sign in to MySPIE to complete the submission wizard.

An official notification will be sent by email to contact author of accepted presentations by 9 April 2012.

2. Prepare to Present at the Conference

• Visa application information and invitation letter requests
• Prepare your presentation:
  • Oral Presentation Guidelines
  • Poster Presentation Guidelines
• Apply for an SPIE Contingency Student Travel Grant (Only full-time students may apply for a supplemental travel grant. Applications are due 4 June 2012. Late applications will not be considered.)
• Preregister for the conference

3. Prepare and Submit Your Manuscript
