New Product: Design, production and test of molds for precision glass molding of complex optical components.

Aixtooling GmbH was founded in 2005 as a spin-off company of the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT in Aachen, Germany. The company covers the entire value chain for precision molding of optical glass lenses. Core competences of Aixtooling are the mold design, the process design and the manufacture of high-precision molding systems. In collaboration with the Fraunhofer IPT Aixtooling is also able to conduct feasibility studies and prototype series.
